Drawing a car with a color

On usual Paper
1- I start up with the middle line of the car.
2- To get a feeling for the dimensions of the car I first draw the windows and the engine hood.
3- Now I put some soft lines to define the axis of the wheels and a few shapes.
4- Now I draw the Wheels. It is alsways good to draw them in one step. Let the pen circle over the paper a few times and then draw it on the paper.
5- I draw soft lines for the spokes of the wheels.
6- Now do the 3D work on the wheels.
7- A little interior to get more detailing on the drawing.
8- And now finishing the wheels.
9- Now the Wheels Arches to get a feeling for the rims, and the rubber on the rims.
10- Darken the area above the wheels and put some details on the wheels.
11- Now detailing the body.
12- The frontlights
13- The light system in the shape
14- A soft line to define where the shadings on the body will flow.
15- Do a horizont line for the reflections.
16- The airintakes in the front
17- Darken the Areas to get a better view of the car
18- Back to the reflection ... darken the line
19- Now the area under the line - shading a little
20- Area above the line - shading softly with the pen and smudge it (easier and much faster than with crayons)
21- Finally rework a few details to get more contrast into the drawing.
